1. 服务概述
鲜花日记（Flower Diary）是一款显化日记应用，为您提供以下服务：
- 显化日记记录与管理
- 圣多纳释放法练习引导
- 自制显化音频（SUB）创作与播放
- 369 显化法练习
- 肯定语脚本编写
- 个人成长维度追踪
2. 订阅说明
鲜花日记提供以下自动续期订阅选项：
- 月度订阅 — 按月计费
- 季度订阅 — 按季度计费
- 年度订阅 — 按年计费，早鸟用户解锁首年优惠
订阅解锁的额外功能包括：
- 无限目标维度
- 自制潜意识音频（SUB）无限生成
- 无限历史归档
- 全部练习模块
- 全部字体与主题
订阅价格以 App Store 中显示的价格为准，价格可能因地区而异。
3. 自动续订
- 订阅将在每个计费周期结束时自动续订，除非您在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消。
- 续订费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内从您的 Apple ID 账户中扣除。
- 您可以随时在 iOS 设备的「设置 → Apple ID → 订阅」中管理或取消订阅。
4. 免费试用
- 首次订阅可享受 7 天免费试用期。
- 试用期结束后，将自动转为付费订阅并从您的 Apple ID 账户扣款。
- 您可以在试用期内的任何时间取消订阅，不会产生任何费用。
5. 退款政策
本应用提供的数字内容与虚拟服务，一经交付即不予退款。
- 鲜花日记属于数字内容类应用，订阅服务在付款后立即交付（解锁全部付费功能、音频生成额度、历史归档等数字权益）。
- 根据《网络购买商品七日无理由退货暂行办法》及 App Store 相关政策，在线交付的虚拟商品和数字内容不适用七日无理由退款。
- 如您仍需申请退款，请直接联系 Apple Support 提交退款请求。
- 所有退款最终由 Apple 根据其退款政策独立审批和处理，我们无法直接处理退款请求，也无法保证退款申请一定会被批准。
- 免费试用期内取消订阅不会产生任何费用，无需申请退款。

1. Service Overview
Flower Diary is a manifestation journal application that provides the following services:
- Manifestation journal recording and management
- Sedona Method practice guidance
- Custom manifestation audio (SUB) creation and playback
- 369 Manifestation Method practice
- Affirmation scripting
- Personal growth dimension tracking
2. Subscription Details
Flower Diary offers the following auto-renewing subscription options:
- Monthly Subscription — billed monthly
- Quarterly Subscription — billed quarterly
- Yearly Subscription — billed annually
Subscription unlocks the following premium features:
- Unlimited goal dimensions
- Unlimited custom subconscious audio (SUB) generation
- Unlimited history archives
- All practice modules
- All fonts and themes
Subscription prices are as displayed in the App Store and may vary by region.
3. Auto-Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Renewal charges will be applied to your Apple ID account within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iOS device.
4. Free Trial
- First-time subscribers are eligible for a 7-day free trial.
- After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account will be charged.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial period without incurring any charges.
5. Refund Policy
Digital content and virtual services provided by this app are non-refundable once delivered.
- Flower Diary is a digital content application. Subscription services are delivered immediately upon payment (unlocking all premium features, audio generation credits, history archives, and other digital benefits).
- In accordance with App Store policies and applicable consumer protection laws, virtually delivered digital goods and content are not eligible for no-reason refunds.
- If you still wish to request a refund, please contact Apple Support directly to submit your request.
- All refunds are reviewed and processed independently by Apple in accordance with its refund policies. We are unable to process refund requests directly and cannot guarantee that a refund request will be approved.
- Cancelling during the free trial period incurs no charges and does not require a refund request.
6. User Responsibilities
- You are solely responsible for all content you create within the App.
- You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or improper purposes.
- You may not use the App to infringe upon the lawful rights of others.
7. Data & Privacy
- All data you create in the App is stored locally on your device only.
- We do not collect, upload, or share any of your personal information.
